Q2 Holdings (NYSE: QWTO) came to KCD PR needing assistance launching their new sub brand Helix by Q2. The team wanted to communicate the value of their new sub brand and product to fintech audiences and the greater public alike. KCD PR was also tasked with leading key media outreach ahead of the launch as well as attracting media to attending Q2 Helix’s official New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) event.
To generate awareness around Q2 Helix’s launch, KCD PR implemented a broad PR strategy. KCD PR’s strategy was designed to position Q2 Helix as thought leader in the space of Banking as a Service (BaaS). To achieve this goal, the PR team targeted audiences in the finance, banking, and fintech space. These were key media contacts that Helix and the PR team could then continue to nurture. We also worked closely with the Helix team to develop and strategize a plan for their launch event at the NYSE, leveraging our relationship with top-tier media and fintech influencers.
At the NYSE event, KCD PR successfully connected with key media prior to the event and continued to nurture those relationships to secure consistent placement. Key media included Forbes, deBanked, Fintech Nexus, Benzinga and Cheddar News. KCD PR continued to nurture and maintain key media relationships to garner broad and consistent coverage for Helix beyond its launch.
