KCD PR President Kevin Dinino is regarded as a leader in public relations and strategic communications. He works closely with his team to ensure all clients receive sound counsel, effective solutions, and impactful results.
Before launching KCD PR in 2009, Kevin served as Vice President of Public Relations for LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent brokerage firm, where he managed the public relations department and provided strategic communications direction to the executive team. He is an industry and Wall Street veteran and a sought-after source for public relations and marketing insights relating to finance, high tech, cybersecurity, and other related topics. Through his years in public relations, Kevin has developed influential relationships and secured coverage in major media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, BusinessWeek, and CNBC.
Kevin is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo, where he earned a B.A. in Public Communication, and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). He resides in beautiful San Diego with his wife and son.

Cami Schulte is an experienced business professional in charge of agency operations at KCD PR. In her role, Cami provides direction and support to ensure KCD PR operates efficiently and effectively. She is a key contact to internal team members for administrative operations, including account charging, purchasing and vendor management, accounts receivable, and human resources. She works with the management team on financial metrics/reporting, agency forecasting, and staff development and training initiatives.
In her early career, Cami was a Human Resources Director for large aerospace companies. She then owned a consulting business providing a full range of human resources services to small, entrepreneur-run organizations in San Diego. She brings over 20 years of experience in a wide range of industries including government, banking, aerospace, manufacturing, and retail. She has strong expertise in advising small business owners on people management processes.
Cami graduated from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota with a BS degree in Speech Communications. She then obtained a Master of Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis from Westminster College in Utah. She resides in San Diego, CA with her husband and their dog.

Sarah is a well-rounded professional with an expansive background in sales, education, networking, and cultivating exceptional experiences for clients. In her role as a Senior Associate at KCD PR, she builds meaningful relationships with clients, produces written content for blogs, social media, and contributed pieces for both the company and clients, and creates lasting connections between clients and media members. She is a people person at her core, and values her ability to bring people together in meaningful ways as one of her best professional qualities.
Prior to joining KCD PR, Sarah managed large-scale events and outside sales for a restaurant management group and assisted in training and developing new staff at all levels, which is where her love of constructing the very best client experiences came from.
Sarah received her B.A. in English and Comparative Literature from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Master of Arts in Teaching English and Language Arts at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Duke is an experienced financial services professional with a background spanning from real estate, mortgage, wealth management, digital assets, to blockchain. As an Account Manager with KCD PR he collaborates with team members and clients to curate impactful messaging, strategy, and vision to deliver tangible results. He has strong experience in project management, client relations, and media relations.
Prior to joining KCD PR, Duke was entrenched in the mortgage industry, working for one of the largest homebuilders in the nation, and driving the company’s regional marketing and public relations efforts. From there, he spent years leading the public relations efforts for some of the most influential ETF, wealth management, blockchain, and venture capital clients in the U.S.
Duke attended the University of Delaware, receiving his B.A. in Political Science. He lives in Philadelphia, PA and loves to walk the city and enjoy its rich history.

Jean is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a background in social media management, event coordination and outreach, and customer engagement. In her role as a PR Associate for KCD PR, she is responsible for working with her account teams to create timely news stories that garner positive media coverage. Jean contributes blogs for the KCD PR company website and is also the editor of the weekly “Wonders and Blunders” newsletter. In addition, she is the producer for San Diego CCOE’s “Cyber Insiders” podcast.
Prior to joining KCD PR, Jean worked in marketing for a lab-grown gemstone and jewelry company designing marketing materials and assisting with social media presence. She was also a digital marketing intern with the American Marketing Association and United Cerebral Policy tasked with increasing engagement and attendance at their events.
Jean received her B.A. in Anthropology from UC Irvine. She lives in sunny San Diego, CA, and in her spare time, she enjoys watching live theater and going for walks on the beach.

Olivia began her media journey in broadcast journalism after graduating from one of the top journalism schools in the United States, the Missouri School of Journalism. She spent 5 years as a reporter in mid-Missouri, covering a variety of stories from tornadoes and flooding to politics and sports. Some of her fondest memories include interviewing U.S. Senator Josh Hawley, Olympic athlete Karissa Schweizer, and former Mizzou Head Football Coach Barry Odom. Thanks to her involvement in the media, she has been able to bring that knowledge to the other side of the camera as a Media Communications Specialist at KCD PR.
Before joining the KCD PR family, Olivia worked at the state of Missouri as a media specialist with the Office of Administration. As part of the Commissioner’s Office, she had a hand in various statewide communications and events, as well as the opportunity to work frequently with the Missouri Governor’s Office.
Olivia obtained her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Currently, she is pursuing her master’s in communication at the University of Central Missouri.

Chris Cline is the Director of Media Relations at KCD PR. He is a process-driven Media Relations, PR, & Corporate Communications Professional offering more than 20 years of expertise and 10+ years supporting clients in the execution of their communications planning and strategy goals.
He has extensive experience communicating change management, organizational restructuring, and complicated subject matter to internal employees. He has also provided media preparation to governmental officials and C-suite executives for high-profile interviews.
Chris has a niche for creating customized strategies in media relations and public relations to secure media placements at top-tier media outlets such as Bloomberg, Fox News, Fortune, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, the NBC Nightly News, Inc., Entrepreneur and the CBS Evening News. Before joining KCD, Chris led media relations efforts at both Veterans United Home Loans and at Credible. He has also served as Director of Communications for the State of Missouri’s Information Technology Services Division, Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration and the Department of Corrections. Under Director John M. Huff, Chris served as his Director of Communications during his tenure as President of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and as a member of the Financial Stability Oversight Council. Prior to his career in public relations, Chris was a journalist for a decade.
Chris is a graduate of Central Methodist University and has degrees in public administration and in psychology. He is an AP Award-winning writer, a Past-President of the Mid-Missouri PRSA Chapter, and the Forbes Communications Council. He resides with his family in Jefferson City, Missouri where he loves to play golf in his spare time.
